Majestic Nail Spa

I came here about 2 weeks ago because they closed later than other nail salons. My nails looked great and service was good too but they started lifting within a few days and a couple of them popped off while on vacation (less than 2 weeks after I got them done.) I paid $141.60 (including tip) for dip on my nails and a gel pedicure hoping it would last for my Christmas vacation through at least New Years Day. Not worth it, the nails don’t last.

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years and I love it! Every time I walk in, the staff are always kind and greet me with such respect. I love their variety of color choices for dip, polish, and gel. They even have a wall that matches dip powders and polishes for matching fingers and toes! They have always been honest about wait-times (if there is one) and services + prices. Majestic has always listed their prices and services on their website including the extra costs for removals, added extensions, and other upgrades. In addition, the environment is always clean, organize, and really pretty as well! I personally don't feel the need to make an appointment because I know that whichever technician I get, they will be amazing!

I want to start off by saying that they did a great job on my nails overall, just a case of false advertising. Nail techs are super super sweet and talented, so I would recommend this place. My issue was that I had asked for a pinky mauve/silver chrome color and it ended up just a bright neon pink with a reflect. I told them it was not right and the nail tech tried to fix it (she was very sweet), but it still didn’t look anything like the display. I actually really like the color I got, I was just frustrated that it looked nowhere near like what I thought I was getting. The front desk girl with brunette hair and bright blue eyes also kind of seemed like she wanted us to go away lol. She told us there was a wait, which we were totally chill with since we were walk ins, but it was said in the way where she made it sound like we were insistent on getting started right then, and her face was kinda funny when we said we were cool with waiting. Overall a good place, I’d just keep in mind the chrome options may not look the same as advertised. I have a place I already go to regularly, I just got a gift card for Christmas and thought I’d try it out, but I will definitely be sticking to my normal place.
